AT LIMIT / Reset of Run Time Limit

RESETTING A RUN-TIME LIMIT
When a Run-Time Limit is reached the affected relay (output) will be turned off, the RESET feature offers a quick way to clear the Limit, restoring operation of the relay while keeping existing LIMIT programming in place.

When a  Run-Time Limit has been reached it will be displayed in the UI (and on the mobile app) with the text AT LIMIT in the VALUE column as shown in the Image below. Follow the same procedure when using the mobile app.

To clear the LIMIT and restore operation complete the following:
1. Click on the Actions buttons - see blue arrow in the image below.
2.  A menu will appear
3. Click on "Rest limit"
4. Confirm the reset request
5. Look for Confirmation message of the Limit Reset
6. Relay state will update in the User Interface typically within 30 to 45 seconds.

The Limit clock will restart. Limit programing is not effected by the reset and will stay in place as previously programmed. If you wish to edit the Limit programming please see the Limits help article here:   https://support.energyresourceproducts.com/portal/en/kb/articles/limits

See respective photos below for both the desktop and phone app view on how to RESET.
