Testing an output (relay)
When configuring an output, specifically a powered relay it is common for the operator to drive the relay to perform a visual inspection that the pump or device powered by the relay runs and is working as expected.
Once an OUTPUT is configured, ZEUS offers a TEST FEED option. When selected, this option will drive the relay for 30 seconds. This feature may be used as many times as required.
To access the TEST FEED feature:
1. From the Target OUTPUT click on the the dots under the ACTIONS header
2. Select "Test Feed" from the drop down menu
3. Select Confirm to run test
The relay will run for 30 seconds. This process may be repeated as required.
The Test Feed will not change any of the programming of the output.
