Pairing the ZEUS Mobile App to your Android and Apple Phone
Android and Apple mobile apps are available for free download in their respective online stores. Search for ZEUS IoT to locate the application. Look for the ERP logo:
Once you have downloaded the ZEUS mobile app to your phone you will need to PAIR the app to your organization. The pairing process is only required when you first download the app. When replacing your mobile phone you will need to complete this process to pair the app with your new phone. This pairing process can be used for one or multiple devices.
To pair the app you will need to log into the ZEUS application on a computer or laptop. Once you have successfully logged in on your computer or laptop follow these steps:
1. On your computer, on the upper right corner of the home page, click on your Name to open the drop down menu and select "My Profile"
2. When you select My Profile a page will open displaying a QR code.
3. With the computer page still showing the QR Code, open the mobile app and click on the link "Click here to scan QR Code".
Hold the camera of your phone up to the page on computer and your phone will scan the QR code.
You have paired the mobile app to your organization and you can now use the mobile app to claim and configure THOR Digital Controllers.
Please note that once you have paired the mobile app you can only be logged into ZEUS via the mobile app or computer at any one time. This means if you are logged in on a computer and then at the same time log into the mobile app, the system will automatically log you out of the computer app. This also is the case in reverse.
