Text delivery of One Time Passcode (OTP)

The first time you access ZUES your one time passcode (OTP) will be sent to your email. From time-to-time email deliver can be delayed by network issues, corporate email policies and other factors. As a result it is recommended to configure your OTP to be sent via text message in addition to email delivery. 

To configure text delivery:

Step by Step instructions:
From a laptop or desk computer
1. Log into your account
2. Click on your name in upper right hand corner of the page
3. Select "My profile" from the drop down menu
4. In the Mobile number with country code field - enter your country code (USA = 1) followed by your cellular phone number.
      (a flag of the country code will appear)
5. Select "Save Changes"
6. A window will open - when your OTP arrives by text - enter the code and select "VERIFY"
Congratulations you have configured Text delivery of your OTP.

Note: the system will continue to send OTP via email along with the text delivered OTP.
