One Time Password (OTP)

One Time Passcode, no passwords

Zeus does not use passwords. ZEUS Software uses Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) to access the platform.  Each time you log in you will be sent a One Time Passcode (OTP). This offers a higher level of security and over are the days of trying to keep track of or resetting passwords.

Your organization administrator will need to add you as a USER to the platform. The Administrator will provide you with the permissions required to navigate the software. If you are unable to access certain functions to which you feel you should have access, please contact your organization's administrator for assistance.

To access ZEUS, navigate to your organization URL. Your system administrator will provide you with the URL for your organization.

When you access the URL  you will be presented with a Login page.
Enter your Email address, then select the GET OTP  (One Time Passcode) button

Check your email for the OTP. If you do not see the email please check your spam filter. In the email will be the Verification Code. Please note that the number of digits in this code may vary from log in to log in. If you are sent an OTP with fewer number than boxes, no worry enter your OTP and leave the last box(s) empty.

Go back to the log in page and enter the OTP.
The OTP may not use all of the spaces available. This is expected, enter the One Time Passcode (OTP) as provided. You may copy and paste this value if you wish. To paste the OTP - first copy the OTP from the email. Next place your curser in the first box (left side) then paste.

Selecting the "Remember me" button will extend the log in time should the page sit idle as you are using ZEUS. The Remember me button will NOT allow you to bypass the OTP process at your next log in. The OTP process is required to be completed at each unique log in. This process is used to provide a higher level of security and to avoid non-authorized access to the platform.

Click on Validate OTP

Note that the OTP password will expire in 5 minutes from issue. Should time lapse from delivery of the OTP and when you log in, repeat the process and a new OTP will be issued. Please note then when a new OTP is requested all prior OTP will no longer be valid.

REMEMBER ME option. When you log in your session will stay active for 3 hours. If you select the "Remember me" box an additional 3 hours will be added to the  session time, for a total session of 6 hours.

It is recommended to set up TEXT delivery of your OTP directly to your cell phone. Instructions and a video tutorial are found here:
